Rubbish service from Virgin

I signed up for Virgin TV and phone to be installed two weeks ago. It took a week and four engineer visits before the service was anything like fully working. Now, only a week later my phone line has been out of order for 24 hours. I wish I could go back to Sky - everything was slow for much of the time, but at least it worked. Virgin is absolute rubbish - and even worse, nobody seems to care! I don't suppose anybody will respond to this, they've got me signed up for 12 months, but have to get it out there so hopefully the word will get around. Stick to Sky!
