Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your services. I can understand how frustrating this can be, especially as a new customer.
There's an issue in your area currently which is causing the intermittent TV and broadband (ref.F004641457). The phoneline shouldn't be affected.
Are you still getting issues with the phone line?
